NAHTI provides a variety of on-going programs and products designed to assist state and local officials. Our primary tasks are to coordinate technical assistance with our member organizations and disseminate information about that technical assistance to NAHTI constituents, as well as the general public. We serve as a catalyst between a variety of affordable housing stakeholders, bringing them together to improve their understanding of affordable housing issues and tools available to address those issues. One particular tool we educate about is HUD's Home Investment Partnerships Program. Often, our member organizations work in a collaborative manner to develop technical assistance activities that impact a community or address an issue as a whole. Most recently, NAHRO, NCDA, COSCDA, and NACCED joint ventured on a CHDO training/guidebook covering issues regarding non-profits that are common to States, Counties, and Cities. To learn more about our ongoing programs, please select the technical assistance activities from the categories below.

Workshops

Many workshops offered are one-time presentations, while others are presented several times over the course of the project. Those workshops that were presented one-time only are highlighted with an asterisk.
